Like in a traditional sauna, the objective of the infrared sauna is to cause healthful sweating. The sauna is made of Hemlock wood, natural material recognized by its great isolation capability to retain all the heat in the interior of the sauna. This heat is produced thanks to tubes that emit infrared rays whose particularity is to act directly on the cells of the body. Thus, like during a physical effort, the sweating occurs because of an increase of temperature of the body. The temperature in the sauna does not exceed 65°C, this is a less warm and humid atmosphere as in a traditional sauna that is supported in a far more pleasant way.
The effective sweating allows an important elimination of toxins since the body is in activity and at the same time it relaxes. This activity allows an energy consumption of around 800 Kcal per session of half an hour. The therapeutic utilities of infrared saunas are numerous:
- Eliminates toxins - Energy consumption - Activates the blood circulation - Stimulates the immune system - Improves the quality of the skin - Muscular Relaxation - Disappearance of tensions in neck and shoulders…
