Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Euro Pool Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Euro Pool Shop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Euro Pool Shop shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Euro Pool Shop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Euro Pool Shop. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
We also accept payments in cash, bank transfers and checks but we do NOT accept COD orders outside Spain.

Shipping Policy

You will be charged € 80.00 for any shipment that is refused. Euro Pool Shop does not ship Saturday, or Sunday . Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Euro Pool Shop will try to ship orders within 48 hrs. of the order being placed. Euro Pool Shop is not responsible for any delay due to the post speed, our shipping company or custom clearance.

Shipments will be responsible for all Duties, taxes and Broker's Fees for their corresponding country.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

First send an e-mail to our e-commerce department at: contact@europoolshop.com or call us.
We will then go though your order and make sure that what you ordered is what we shipped to you. If there is something missing (or damaged) from your order, the item will be shipped to you free of charge. At any time we may require that damaged items be returned to Euro Pool Shop prior to shipment of the replacement item.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against Euro Pool Shop shall be governed by the laws of Spain without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Euro Pool Shop sites shall be Spain.
