Europoolshop Privacy Policy

When you place an order with Europoolshop, we ask for your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your email address. We consider this information private. The information is kept secure to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

If you wish to purchase on our website, it is necessary to provide us personal information so we may progress your order. Personal data that you enter (for instance, address and credit card information) is transmitted to our website in a secure manner using a Security Certificate provided by Globecharge. Globcharge use Secure Socket Layer (SSL)* to ensure that all your personal information is kept confidential. Also, Europoolshop uses a bank certified credit card verification system to verify all credit card purchases. Europoolshop does not store whole credit card numbers to further secure your transaction. Be assured, our ordering process is secure and your information will be kept private.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

All Europoolshop products are guaranteed against damage during two years of the date of the invoice. Europoolshop only buys products from vendors that offer two-year warranty (except if stated otherwise in the product description).
This warranty is sent when you purchase any product of Europoolshop. Europoolshop is not the manufacturer of the products offered on the Web page. You agree that the sole and exclusive liability to Europoolshop arising from any product sold on the Europoolshop Web Sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Europoolshop, its Directors, Officers, Employees and Representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to products sold.

Europoolshop Web pages and the information provided therein are displayed as such. You agree that Europoolshop SL, its Directors, Employees or Representatives shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the operation, content or use of the Europoolshop website.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Europoolshop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Europoolshop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Europoolshop shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Europoolshop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Europoolshop. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
We also accept payments in cash, bank transfers, checks and payment on delivery.

Shipping Policy

You will be charged € 80.00 for any shipment that is refused. Europoolshop does not ship Saturday, or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Europoolshop will try to ship orders within 5 days of the order being placed. Europoolshop is not responsible for any delay due to the post speed, our shipping company or custom clearance.

Shipments will be responsible for all Duties, taxes and Broker's Fees for their corresponding country.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

First send an e-mail to our e-commerce department at: contact@europoolshop.com or call us within 12 hours.
We will then go though your order and make sure that what you ordered is what we shipped to you. If there is something missing (or damaged) from your order, the item will be shipped to you free of charge. At any time we may require that damaged items be returned to Europoolshop prior to shipment of the replacement item.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against Europoolshop shall be governed by the laws of Spain without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Europoolshop sites shall be Spain.
